1. Introduction
Welcome to Milyo88. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and Milyo88 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Milyo88 website, or placing any bet or wager on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Milyo88 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that operates under a valid gaming license. These Terms apply to all services offered on milyo88.app including sports betting, esports wagering, casino games, live dealer tables, card games such as Tongits, and any promotions or bonuses offered from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Milyo88 platform. If you are unsure about any clause, please contact our support team at support@milyo88.app before registering or placing any bets.
Important: These Terms are governed by applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from your use of Milyo88 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use Milyo88, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age. Milyo88 strictly prohibits use of its platform by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. We may request documentary proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the funding source.
Geographic Restrictions
Milyo88 is intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is legal in your specific jurisdiction before registering. Players who circumvent geographic restrictions using VPNs or proxy services do so in violation of these Terms and may have their accounts closed without notice.
Self-Exclusion
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from Milyo88 or any other registered gaming operator are not permitted to create new accounts or continue using the platform. If you believe you are gambling beyond your means, please visit our Responsible Gaming page immediately.
No Employee Accounts
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Milyo88 and its affiliated companies are prohibited from holding player accounts or placing bets on the platform.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registering an account with Milyo88 is free. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each player is permitted to hold only one active Milyo88 account. Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own name or using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and associated winnings may be voided.
3.2 Account Verification (KYC)
Milyo88 is required by law to verify the identity of all players. You will be asked to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID and additional documents as needed. Verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed. Unverified accounts may have their withdrawal functionality restricted.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Milyo88 will never ask for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support@milyo88.app immediately. Milyo88 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials.
Reminder: Milyo88 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent. Report it to our support team immediately.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Milyo88 supports a range of Philippine-local payment methods for your convenience, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and major Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards issued by BDO, BPI, and UnionBank, among others.
Deposits
- Minimum deposit: ₱100
- All deposits must originate from an account in your name
- Third-party deposits are not permitted
- Deposits are credited immediately in most cases
- Milyo88 does not charge deposit fees
Withdrawals
- Account must be fully verified before withdrawal
- Withdrawals to the same method used for deposit when possible
- GCash and Maya: typically within a few hours
- Bank transfers: subject to interbank processing times
- Milyo88 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals
Any funds remaining in your account that are suspected to be proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation. Milyo88 will cooperate fully with relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities in such cases.
5. Betting Rules and Settlement
All bets placed on Milyo88 are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market, which are displayed within the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between the general Terms and market-specific rules, the market-specific rules will prevail.
Bet Acceptance
A bet is only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation from the Milyo88 system. Milyo88 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet placed on the platform. Bets placed in error due to technical faults will be voided and stakes returned.
Odds and Pricing
All odds displayed on Milyo88 are in decimal format and represent the total return per peso wagered, including your original stake. Odds are subject to change up until the time the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the final odds for your bet.
Void Bets
Bets may be voided in cases including but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned, obvious pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your account balance.
In-Play / Live Betting
Live betting markets are offered on selected events at Milyo88's discretion. During live betting, there may be brief suspension periods while odds are recalculated. Bets will only be accepted during open market periods. Milyo88 is not responsible for connectivity issues on your end that affect your ability to place live bets.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Milyo88 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those bonus-specific terms in addition to these general Terms.
Welcome Bonus
Available to new players on their first deposit. Subject to wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer.
Reload Bonuses
Periodic deposit bonuses for existing players. Amounts, timelines, and wagering requirements vary per offer.
Rebate Programs
Cash-back or rebate programs may be offered on selected game categories. Eligibility and terms are stated per program.
Milyo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or placing offsetting bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine play – will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Milyo88 and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that confers an unfair advantage
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
- Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information
- Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial transactions
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC verification process
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Milyo88 platform
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, self-exclusion, or bonus restrictions
- Using another person's identity or payment method without their knowledge and consent
Zero Tolerance Policy: Milyo88 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on match manipulation and identity fraud. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Milyo88 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
We collect personal data including your name, date of birth, contact information, government ID details, and transaction history for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Milyo88 is committed to the security of your data. All information is stored with industry-standard encryption and is only accessible by authorized personnel for legitimate business purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
Milyo88 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
Technical Issues
Milyo88 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity problems, or service outages beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a system error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, Milyo88 will investigate and resolve the issue at its sole discretion, which may include voiding affected bets.
Pricing Errors
Where an obvious error in pricing or odds has occurred (for example, odds so far outside the market norm that a reasonable person would recognize the error), Milyo88 reserves the right to void bets placed at those erroneous odds. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.
Betting Losses
Milyo88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through legitimate play. Gambling involves risk and you may lose money. Never bet more than you can afford to lose. The maximum liability of Milyo88 to any player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding any claim.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Milyo88 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any market-specific rules
- Fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or the use of stolen payment methods
- Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Account inactivity – accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive, and any remaining balance may be subject to inactivity fees as disclosed in the promotions section
- At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure
Where an account is closed due to player breach, Milyo88 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
11. Changes to These Terms
Milyo88 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the updated Terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Continued use of the Milyo88 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the changes take effect.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Milyo88 recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you receive a notification of changes.
12. Contact and Complaints
If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, or if you believe Milyo88 has not complied with them, please contact our support team. We aim to acknowledge all queries within 24 hours and resolve substantive complaints within 5 business days.
For complaints that cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority as specified in your communication with our compliance team.
